I am currently accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield, and self-pay.
For out-of-network and self-pay clients, I can provide a receipt or "super bill" for services rendered that can be submit directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Insurance reimbursement for nutrition counseling is based on individual insurance plans.
